Boards send content update requests to BuildingLink and our team handles the edits.
The community website connects directly to BuildingLink. Residents click login on the public site and reach the same portal they already use for documents, calendars, payments, and listings. They use the credentials they already have, so there's no second account to set up.
Both tiers include site maintenance: hosting, SSL security, mobile-responsive performance, and a limited number of content updates per year. If you need ongoing or higher-volume edits, ask the BuildingLink team to scope an expanded engagement. You're not stuck managing a CMS or chasing down a freelancer to swap out a board roster or a policy doc.
Yes. Both tiers include core BuildingLink connections. Standard Plus adds MLS integration on top of that for showing available units and homes. The MLS feed is the only third-party integration bundled in at the tier level. Anything beyond MLS is a custom scope conversation with the BuildingLink team.
