Modern Community Websites Powered by BuildingLink

A polished, professionally managed website for your community — built hosted, secured, and maintained by BuildingLink.

For When The Building Is Luxury And The Website Isn't

Your community deserves a better front door. Your website is often the first impression residents, buyers, renters, and brokers have of your property. Your Community Online gives every residential community a modern, professional website that reflects its identity and connects residents and prospects to the tools that matter — at two tiers built for the way you operate. Each site is built, hosted, secured, and maintained by BuildingLink, so boards and managers stay out of the weeds and the site stays current as the community changes.

What's the difference between the Standard and Signature tiers?

Standard is the entry tier: 5 sections, up to 6 photos per section, one brand font, MLS listings, BuildingLink resident login, contact form, guest document library, and one content update per month. Signature is the premium tier: 10 sections, 12 photos per section, two brand fonts, embedded video, virtual tour, public calendar, payment portal link, building directory, Google Maps, AI chatbot, up to five integrations, leasing inquiry form, and three monthly updates. Standard fits communities that want a clean, credible public site. Signature fits luxury buildings, leasing-driven properties, and larger associations.

Who builds, hosts, and maintains the site?

BuildingLink does. You don't hire an agency, set up hosting, or wire up integrations yourself. Every site is mobile-responsive, SSL secured, and maintained by our team. Standard includes one monthly content update; Signature includes three. Anything beyond that bills at $100 per hour.

Does this work for HOAs without onsite staff or a property manager?

Yes. HOA boards are a primary audience. Most HOAs run without onsite management, so the site is built around public-facing communication and document sharing that doesn't depend on a staffed leasing office. Boards send update requests to BuildingLink, and our team handles the edits. The guest document library covers the rules, fact sheets, and applications boards usually distribute by email.

How does the resident login work?

The site connects directly to BuildingLink. Residents click login on the public site and reach the same portal they already use for documents, calendars, payments, and listings. They use the credentials they already have, so there's no second account for them to manage.

Can the website integrate with the tools we already use?

Yes. Standard includes core BuildingLink connections. Signature adds up to five integrations covering leasing platforms, listing services, payment portals, and other tools already in use. Integration setup is handled by the BuildingLink team during build, not left to the board or property manager.

How is this different from hiring a regular web design agency?
Agencies usually quote a custom build, hand off a CMS, and leave you to handle hosting, security, and updates yourself or through retainer fees. Your Community Online bundles the build, hosting, security, resident-portal integration, and monthly content updates into a single engagement, delivered by the same team that already runs the community's resident platform.
What if we already have a community website?
Most communities moving to Your Community Online are replacing a site that's outdated, unmaintained, or stuck inside a property management portal that doesn't reflect the building's identity. You can carry over content and assets you already own. BuildingLink handles the build, migration, and redirects so existing traffic doesn't disappear.
What is the cost of this property management website design solution?
Pricing depends on the tier (Standard or Signature) and the scope of your community. For a tier quote, email sales@buildinglink.com or call 877-501-7117.

A staffed luxury building has nothing in common with a 24-unit co-op. A new construction project looks nothing like a 30-year-old HOA.

That's why every site we build starts with a conversation, not a template. We look at how your community runs, what your residents actually need, and where your current setup is falling short.
