Modern Community Websites Powered by BuildingLink

A polished, professionally managed website for your community — built, hosted, secured, and maintained by BuildingLink.

Your Community Online gives every residential community a modern, professional website that reflects its identity and connects residents and prospects to the tools that matter — at two tiers built for the way you operate. Each site is built, hosted, secured, and maintained by BuildingLink, so boards and managers stay out of the weeds and the site stays current as the community changes.

What's the difference between the Standard and Standard Plus tiers of Your Community Online?

Both tiers deliver the same HOA and property management website design: 5 sections, up to 10 photos per section, one brand font, mobile-responsive layout, SSL hosting, photo carousel, video, contact form, guest document library, embedded payment link, and BuildingLink resident login. Standard Plus adds one thing: live MLS integration that pulls available units and homes into a streamlined listings experience for brokers and prospects. If your community shows units, go Standard Plus. If it doesn't, Standard covers everything else.

How is Your Community Online different from a custom website build?

A custom website build for a residential community usually means hiring an agency, paying for design and development, setting up hosting, configuring SSL, wiring up resident login, and then keeping the site current yourself. Your Community Online bundles all of that into one engagement. BuildingLink handles the build, hosting, security, and the resident-portal integration, then maintains the site for you. You get a polished property management website without the cost or complexity of a custom build.

Does this work for HOA websites if we don't have onsite staff or a property manager?

Yes. HOA website design is one of the main use cases here. Most HOAs don't have onsite management, and plenty run without a full-time property manager. The site is built for public-facing communication, document sharing through the guest document library, and direct BuildingLink resident login. Boards send content update requests to BuildingLink and our team handles the edits.

How does the resident login work on the public-facing website?

The community website connects directly to BuildingLink. Residents click login on the public site and reach the same portal they already use for documents, calendars, payments, and listings. They use the credentials they already have, so there's no second account to set up.

What's included in property management website maintenance?

Both tiers include site maintenance: hosting, SSL security, mobile-responsive performance, and a limited number of content updates per year. If you need ongoing or higher-volume edits, ask the BuildingLink team to scope an expanded engagement. You're not stuck managing a CMS or chasing down a freelancer to swap out a board roster or a policy doc.

Can the website integrate with the tools our community already use?

Yes. Both tiers include core BuildingLink connections. Standard Plus adds MLS integration on top of that for showing available units and homes. The MLS feed is the only third-party integration bundled in at the tier level. Anything beyond MLS is a custom scope conversation with the BuildingLink team.

What if we already have a community website we want to replace?
Most communities switching to Your Community Online are replacing an outdated community website design, a site nobody maintains, or one bolted onto a property management portal that doesn't reflect the building's identity. You can carry over content and assets you already own. BuildingLink handles the build, the migration, and the redirects so existing search traffic doesn't disappear.
What does an HOA or property management website like this cost?
Pricing depends on which tier you choose (Standard or Standard Plus) and the scope of your community. Both tiers bundle the build, hosting, security, resident login, and ongoing maintenance into one engagement, so there's no hidden agency retainer or separate hosting bill. For When The Building Is Luxury And The Website Isn't

A staffed luxury building has nothing in common with a 24-unit co-op. A new construction project looks nothing like a 30-year-old HOA.

That's why every site we build starts with a conversation, not a template. We look at how your community runs, what your residents actually need, and where your current setup is falling short.
